This time around I could not get the canner to stay at 10 lbs. It went up to 13 and no matter how much i lowered the tempature ( elec. burner) it would not get much lower then 12 lbs pressure. I had it down on low….and did not want to put it on warm or shut it off. Will this extra 2 pounds of pressure ruin or make the beans spoil in the jar? They have all sealed as they cooled down. And I did not have any jars explode in the canner.
